FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: FROM Herndon, Coleman, Brading, & McKee, LLP

On Behalf of | Jun 12, 2024 | Firm News

Good news from Herndon, Coleman, Brading, & McKee, LLP (affectionately known as HCBM or Herndon Coleman), Johnson City’s oldest law firm! In this, our 100th anniversary year, after many decades at our offices at 104 E. Main Street in downtown Johnson City, Tennessee, HCBM is relocating to a new location at 605 E. Unaka Ave, Johnson City, Tennessee effective August 1, 2024! This new location better suits our and our client’s needs while still keeping the firm in the heart of Johnson City where we belong. Our firm is changing with the times, but rest assured we remain dedicated to practicing law in Johnson City, Tennessee and to continuing to offer our clients the same high-quality representation with integrity for which our firm is known.

Along with our move, we are also pleased to share the news that several current partners at the firm are departing HCBM to start exciting new legal ventures of their own, and we at HCBM wish them each the very best of luck and are sure that they will all be very successful in whatever the future holds for them.  All current clients will be notified individually of the upcoming changes; and all clients who are represented by attorneys who are departing the firm will be given the opportunity to remain with their current counsel or to stay with the firm.

HCBM continues to provide Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 family law mediation services and is accepting new clients in the fields of family law, immigration law, simple wills, estate planning, conservatorships, personal injury/general civil litigation, and criminal defense.  Please call us at 423-434-4700 or visit us at lawyerfirm.com and at on our Facebook page for periodic updates and an upcoming reveal of our new firm address and what HCBM will look like in this, the beginning of our next 100 years!  Rest assured that these changes are all positive ones and will not affect the quality of representation provided to our clients by the firm or by our departing attorneys in their new firms. We at HCBM are excited to continue to be an integral part of our community.

Thank you for 100 great years, and we look forward to many more.
